If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Perishable items such as pet food, treats, and litter are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
